We reserve the right to terminate the Site, any related service, and this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The licensing provisions, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law Sections of this User Agreement survive any such termination.
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Missouri or any court of the United States of America sitting in Missouri with subject matter jurisdiction, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Courts of the State of Missouri, St. Louis County, Missouri in any litigation arising under this User Agreement.
